We purchased our forever mastiff puppy from Annette and Bob at Beast Hall in May of 2017, and we couldn’t be happier. Caesar was one of seven puppies born on 08 March 2017. From the first contact we had with Annette, we realized she was totally committed to her puppies – they were not a job for her – they were a way of life. Annette asked numerous questions about what type of house and number of pets we had before she agreed to set up a meeting with us and the puppies. When we traveled to the residence to meet with Annette and Bob to see the puppies, we quickly understood how responsible of a breeder they are.  It was immediately apparent that Annette and Bob were very knowledgeable about the Mastiff breed. They were willing to answer any questions we had and asked numerous additional questions of us. They told us several times that they wanted to ensure that their puppies were going to good homes, with people who know what to expect and had made all the necessary preparations. During our three-hour visit, we learned everything about the puppy’s parents and siblings. Annette told my wife that she should sit in the area that was fenced off for the puppies to see which one we wanted. Immediately Caesar came up and started cuddling with her – it was love at first site. Annette and Bob spent a lot of time outlining the strengths and weaknesses of the Mastiff breed. From the time we walked into the house we observed the positive interaction between Annette/Bob and both the adult dogs and the puppies. There is no doubt in my mind that they genuinely love their dogs – they are members of their family. Both the adults and puppies did not shy away from us at any point during our visit.  Over the next 3 months before we picked up Caesar, and now in the following 9 months, we have established a great rapport and friendship with Annette and Bob. They are an excellent resource for us. Whenever we have a question, we just reach out to her and she gets back to us immediately. Prior to our final visit to pick up Caesar, they had a cd containing all the photos she had taken of him since birth, a 3-ring binder with a plethora of information and helpful tips, and a bag including collar, lead, toy, and treats. Our family cannot imagine our life without Caesar – at 9 months he is 145 pounds of pure love – and we have Annette and Bob to thank for that. If you have done your homework and have the space and time to handle an English Mastiff, Beast Hall is the only place to call.

Thank you,

John and Andy

From the first conversation I had with Annette I had such a good feeling that we found what we were looking for.  Annette, your concern with what was going on in our world stood out and separated you from anyone else that we had talked to. The love and pride you have for your mastiff's and extended family became more obvious with every word I heard you say. When we came to visit you and Bob and meet Zeus and the rest of your family you did not disappoint. As we watched you and you watched us I became more certain that this was meant to be.

We can't thank you enough for what having Zeus has done for Eli. He has gained confidence and is doing remarkably well. Zeus is the consummate therapy dog. Eli is his boy and he is Eli's dog, just as you said would happen. To see the smiles on Eli's face when Zeus greets him, listens to him, plays with him, and snuggles with him is priceless. To see the excitement that Zeus has when Eli comes home, or when he checks around the house to make sure he knows where Eli is, also priceless.

Bob and you are so compassionate and your willingness to be there for Eli and help guide him down this path has been amazing. Zeus has been everything that you advertised and more. We have never had a better dog.

Thank you again for believing in Eli and choosing us as the family for Zeus. We are thrilled to be a part of your mastiff family. We look forward to many years of outings with you, Bob, Cindy, Drake, Kahn, Mallie, Gaston, Peewee, and any new family members.

We are forever Grateful.

Thank you,
